Since 1922. That is the only introduction Trattoria del Cavaliere needs. One hundred years of feeding Catania — workers, families, writers, professors, and now travellers who have learned to look past the tourist menus on Via Etnea to find the real thing two streets away.

3. Mé Cumpari Turiddu — For the finest Sicilian table in the city
